Refund policy

Quiet Impossible sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales of downloadable coloring pages, digital bundles, and other digital products are final once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refund requests for digital products.

If you experience a technical problem with your download, receive an incorrect or unusable file, or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement file or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
